Shirley Ballas is the eight-time undefeated World Champion of Latin Dancing. She is the top consultant for ABC’s Dancing With the Stars and is known throughout the world as the defining voice in competitive latin dance. She is coming to Queen City Ballroom on February 27 & 28. Shirley and colleague Yegor Novikov will offer two days of coaching and Latin dance instruction. There will be two Special Workshops. Five Queen City Ballroom Instructors have passed the Certification Exam for Louis van Amstel’s LaBlast Lifestyle Fitness Program. LaBlast is a partner-free dance fitness program using all the dances from ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars.”

“LaBlast is a workout in disguise!” says Louis. It is a perfect balance between dance and fitness, having fun while burning calories at the same time. The program attracts students of all ages, levels of fitness with varied goals.
